Life,
Properly Xposed.
I’m Pablo, PJ to most, the photographer behind PX.
For me, photography has never been about making everything look perfect. It’s about noticing what’s already there: the people, the energy, the places, the details, and the moments that might otherwise disappear.
Sometimes that means photographing a couple. Sometimes it’s an artist, an athlete, a stranger, a city block, a road trip, or something I stumbled across with a camera in my hand.
I’m drawn to things that feel real.
The grit. The beauty. The personality. The quiet moments. The chaos. And everything in between.
That’s where Properly Exposed comes from.
That philosophy carries into everything I photograph. I don’t want to manufacture a version of someone for a camera. I’d rather create the space for personality to come through, whether that means movement, laughter, bold colors, an unconventional idea, or a moment neither of us planned.
And when I’m not photographing someone else, I’m usually documenting something.
Exploring a new city. Traveling. Chasing an idea. Fishing somewhere I’ve never been. Wandering with a camera. Finding interesting people, places, and stories along the way.
PX is where all of that lives.
People. Culture. Adventure. Everyday life.
Not everything needs to be polished. Not everything needs to be planned. Sometimes you just have to be there when it happens.
